This is the new place that’s going up where the blue house on Watts Street once was.
I am guessing that patch of sky will be blotted out…but that good dense housing is good for the neighborhood! Right?
Reporting from the future I can say that it’s a 2-story structure, so not as bad as it could be. And yes, good dense housing right near a train stop is good for the neighborhood. (And also I continue to worry about the parking situation.)
