Interesting. I find it very interesting to see which communities have the skill to balance new residents and long-term residents' needs during such neighborhood changes. Some do it very well and everyone comes out ahead. And such, very drastically do not. Being a city planner is quite a serious deal. If only they all took it so seriously.
