A short story about Syrian refugees making a run for safety. It has nine different points of view and timestamps. It made me cry. If you do not have a subscription to One Story, I recommend that you buy this. It’s $2.50. You won’t regret your purchase.
I appreciate that the cover is so stark. It seems to fit the content.
The “grownup” One Stories don’t have cover art. They all look that way. It bugs.
Nine different points of view? That seems like a lot for such a little story! It seems as though it came together well, though.
