Hmmmm…that is serious bid-ness! When I worked for the construction company we only had single deckers. I wonder why the two layer approach.
My guess is lack of space. There’s a major road that can’t go down to one lane and they way the are developing seems to involve keeping the other half of the block intact for a longer period of time, so it can’t go there.
I’m terribly curious to know how it’s all set up on the inside.
